All About Mormons

I know that this is the true church of Jesus Christ restored once again in the latter days though the prophet Joseph Smith. I know this truth from my heart and from the depths of my soul. There has never been a feeling of such joy in my life. Everyday I awake I see the many blessings that are giving into my life, the ones that I’ve asked for and the ones that get me by surprise. I’ve since learned to take the good with the bad.

Since my baptism my life hasn’t improved over night with the perfect perfections one can hope for. I see more trial and error with every breath I take. As I read the scriptures I realize that I might not be moments away from being the perfect human being but at least I’m closer to being a better spirit to one day return back to the rightful place I departed from twenty-two years ago.

Many people ask me if I really know for sure that what I am doing is right. How do I know that God even does exist? I can never seem to answer their questions right on the spot, but I do in my quiet hours. When it’s just me and when it’s silent, I can’t help but piece together the mystery of knowing the truth. I hope always that people will one day open their soul’s eyes, allowing them to see the hidden messages of directions in everyday life. We must all suffer afflictions because it is through afflictions that we learn our true purpose; if Heavenly Father just handed us all the knowledge in the universe, we wouldn’t have a reason to exist.

Yes, we all think to exist and we exist to live; to live in the righteousness of his love. This makes me now think of 1 John 4:9-10. We love him because he first loved us. This should sum up every doubt why we believe. We’ve forgotten about our previous life with the Father, but we must trust and remember always His love, for this is how we still feel apart of His peace. And this is also why love is the greatest of all to remain because love has always remained with us. This also makes me think of 1 John 4:7.

Dear Friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. This small verse allows us to see that we’re all true spirit children of Heavenly father.

The Book of Mormon adds so much guidance into your life. It helps us to understand that this gospel was saved for the days it was most needed for. Heavenly Father and his only begotten son Jesus Christ still cherish us as much as the day when Jesus Christ gave his life to save all from sin.

I know the Prophets are true. They lead us that we may not be led astray or feel forgotten. We must not fail to take it upon ourselves to keep a clear connection with God. Prophets speak the words that reassure us that He has not lost a clear connection with us. I put my trust in them because I put my trust in God. When that is done with a willing heart, only then you will know for sure what true freedom tastes like.

The changes in my life are a true blessing from a God above. He did restore His one true church through the prophet Joseph Smith. By following the words of the gospel we are on the right way, the only way towards becoming closer to knowing the truth. I ask you to pray everyday for guidance towards the truth. I ask you to ask for not big signs but small signs, so you can open the eyes of your soul and truly see how greatly we are all connected. This is my testimony. These words I say are true.
