All About Mormons

I am of Native American descent (Shawnee) and do lectures on Native American history in the Ohio valley. One of the aspects that really grabbed my attention before my conversion in 1978, was the fact that Christ appeared to the Nephites on this continent. Do you realize that most of the 500 nations that existed in the 1600’s to the 1900’s have a very interesting tradition of their ancestors being taught the “laws” in a way consistent with the Book of Mormon account! Which I believe to be a strong testimony of the Savior visiting our continent. This can be verified through the tribal people that still exist on this land on reservations, etc. Also, there is a great battle between good and evil now taking place. The adversary is really feeling the heat. Don’t you think that causes people that are in his domain to rail on any good thing on this planet. Why does the church get so much negativity from these people? Because it is the only true church on the earth today. If it were not true, it would not even be a topic of conversation – the LDS church is the true church of Jesus Christ. Amen.
