I Once Fought the Church
byI was once a non-member, and to beat all, one who fought against the church. I often used anti-websites to fuel my ignorance against latter day saints, and had many heated arguments with them.
It’s funny, though, because two years after an honest investigation, I’m now going to be sealed to my wife and stepchildren in 6 days in Atlanta.
We were called as ward missionaries recently, and I work closely with the elders (whom I love dearly) who are sent to our area…
I sit on a different side of Mormon discussions now. And though I look back at my old self with a bit of shame and regret, I’m eternally grateful that my new self has finally found the truth it has been missing for 26 years.
