Why do some religions require women to only use skirts? Why can’t women use pants? Please provide biblical scriptures. Thanks.

We believe the Bible is the Word of God, His sacred revelation to ancient prophets and apostles.
Hi RociĆ³. There is no biblical reason why women can't wear pants. This is a question of culture, not theology. Mormon women often wear pants.

It is true that Mormons typically wear certain kinds of clothes on Sunday in church. In our culture (as in others), at church men often wear white shirts and ties, and women usually use dresses or skirts. That's because, for us, this kind of clothing symbolizes respect for God. But it's just a cultural convention. People who don't own clothing like that are certainly welcome to worship with us, and most Mormons themselves don't dress like that outside of our chapels and temples.
