Hi friend. If you're contemplating suicide, the most important thing to do is to talk with others about your troubles. Depression is by itself a great challenge, but social isolation can compound this serious medical condition further. Many who struggle with depression believe they don't have anyone to talk to. This is rarely really the case, especially for members of the church. Talk with your bishop about your struggles. Talk to your elder's quorum or relief society president, your stake president, close friends, relatives, etc. There's even a suicide hotline where you can find help: http://suicidehotlines.com/national.html. There is no need for you to suffer in silence.

It's also very important that you talk with a psychiatrist. Depression is a medical condition, and there are medicines that could likely help you. Together with spiritual help from your bishop and/or others, medical help from a qualified doctor is also essential.

Brother (or sister), I hope you realize during this difficult time that God loves you very much. He wants you to recover and to find happiness. Trust in Him and in the people He's sent to help you. I'll pray for you during this difficult time.
