How can I teach someone who belongs to another church that the Book of Mormon is true and that it is another testament of Jesus Christ, like the Bible?

Hi friend. Every person is different, so I don't know that there is one single "best method" to teach people about the Book of Mormon. In the end, they must read at least part of the book, ask God if it is true, and receive a spiritual confirmation for themselves.
I do want to point out one useful resource, though. The church has produced some excellent videos summarizing stories from the Book of Mormon as well as other scriptures. Perhaps these videos could be used to introduce people to the Book of Mormon.
