For members of the church, Jesus Christ is the divine Son of God, our Savior and Redeemer through whom salvation is made possible. (Reflections of Christ)
Hi Biki. Thanks for posting your question to the site. I'm happy to hear you're interested in learning more about Christianity. The teachings of Christ have been such a blessing in my life. I hope you find the same spiritual peace in this wonderful religion!
It would be helpful to let your family know how much you value the religious teachings they provided. There are many good and true teachings in Hinduism. Christianity isn't about replacing the good principles you've already learned. It's about adding more truth to those teachings, truth that comes through faith in Jesus Christ. If your family understands that you're not abandoning the truths they've given you, perhaps they'll be more comfortable with your conversion to another religion.

I recently wrote an article about Hindus who want to become Christians. Perhaps it could help you.
I'd also like to invite you to chat online with the missionaries from my Church. Most people who are interested in "Mormon Christianity" learn about our basic beliefs from these missionaries.
