For members of the church, Jesus Christ is the divine Son of God, our Savior and Redeemer through whom salvation is made possible. (Reflections of Christ)
Hi friend. I'm happy you posted your question here. It is certainly possible for someone who is not a Christian to adopt specific aspects of the Christian tradition. For example, some Hindus believe in the divinity of Jesus Christ, but they choose not to become Christians.
To get the most out of Christianity, however, it is important to embrace it fully. Adopting certain Christian practices could certainly enrich your life, just as certain Hindu practices could enrich the life of a Christian. However, for Christianity to really impact and change your life, becoming fully Christian is essential.
I belong to a Christian church called The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Of all Christian religions, I think the Mormon Church is arguably the most like Hinduism. It would not be difficult to see many Hindu beliefs through a Mormon lens. I've written about the similarities and differences between Hinduism and Mormonism elsewhere on my site, in case you're interested.
