Hi brother. I’m a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ. I was Catholic before my conversion, when I discovered the restored gospel of Jesus Christ. I’m so happy to belong to this church. I had a religious education as a child in a Catholic high school. I’m wondering if I should tell the administrators of my high school about my decision to convert to the LDS church.
I’m not sure if it’s right to tell them, or to just keep this precious truth in my heart. My family has not converted. I try to teach them about the gospel every day. About my faith in Jesus Christ. I have a lot of respect for my baptismal covenants, my confirmation, and my priesthood. What do you think I should do?

Hi brother. I think it's excellent that you have such a strong desire to share the gospel with others! This desire to share is a clear sign of true conversion. I just love it when new converts bring your kind of energy into the church! It strengthens my own faith.
If you think sending a letter to your old high school would help some of your colleagues join the restored Church of Jesus Christ, it may well be worth pursuing. If, on the other hand, you feel that such a letter would only antagonize, without helping others come to Christ, perhaps your missionary efforts could be better invested elsewhere. Regardless, I'm certain that God will guide you in your efforts if you seek His help. God bless you, brother!
