I had relations and am pregnant. I’m so remorseful. I’d like to know if I can still be married and sealed in the temple with my partner, who will soon be a member too.

A life of sin can be cleansed and changed through the Atonement of Jesus Christ.
Hi sister. You've made a serious mistake that will require a challenging repentance process. It's far better to avoid sin in the first place, as you well know, in order to avoid heartbreak.
Thankfully, there is no sin that places us beyond the reach of Christ's atonement. God loves you very much, sister, and He's eager to see you recover spiritually. It's still possible for you to be remarried and resealed. Speak with your bishop right away to begin the repentance process. I love this scripture from Isaiah: "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool" (Isaiah 1:18).

I hope this answer helps.
