I get paid every 2 weeks. So I was wondering could I pay my tithing more then once a month? Like get 10% out of each pay check and then pay it that Sunday instead of holding on to it and paying once a month? Thanks!

Tithing is a way to show God that He is first in our hearts.
Hi friend. First off, thank you for your faithful tithes. All of us members of the church are very concerned about advancing the Lord's work. If it weren't for the many faithful members who contribute with both their time and their means, it would be very hard to push the Lord's work forward.

As far as I know, the church doesn't specify the frequency with which tithing should be paid. Most people pay monthly because it's more convenient. However, if twice a month is more convenient for you, I think that would be fine.

May God open the heavens and pour out many blessings in your life (Malachi 3:10).

That's easy. Yes. You pay tithing when it works best for you. The church doesn't decide what's fair, or how often to pay. God only asks for 10%. It's up to you, and the guidance of the spirit to figure out what will work best for you to help you make sure you pay it honestly. I have a job like yours and I also recieve disability. I pay tithing once some months (when my bills line up right) and three times other months.

Hi friend, The church does not specify a set frequency on paying tithes. I get paid every two weeks and I choose to pay my tithing with every paycheck. My brother, though, pays his tithing twice a year because he has his own business and it works better for him that way. For some, like myself, it is easier to pay with each paycheck because it is out of your hands and you don't have to worry about it anymore. But for others it doesn't really matter what frequency you pay just as long as you do pay.
