Is it true that mormons believe God has a physical body? Is there any biblical support for that idea?

First Vision
In 1820, Joseph Smith had a vision of God the Father and Jesus Christ. They instructed him to restore Christ’s ancient church in modern times.
Hi friend. Mormons do believe that God the Father and God the Son have bodies of flesh and bone. When these two divine beings appeared to Joseph Smith to restore the ancient gospel of Jesus Christ in our times, Joseph saw that they were actual, physical beings, not some unexplainable force.

There are many scriptures that support the idea that God is a spiritual being who chooses to inhabit a physical body. Here are just a few of those scriptures: Genesis 1:26-27, Genesis 32:30, Exodus 33:11, Exodus 33:21-23, Exodus 24:9-11, Numbers 12:6-8, Deuteronomy 8:3, Deuteronomy 9:10, Psalm 44:3, Acts 7:55-56, and Revelation 22:3-4.

We should not make the mistake of thinking that God's body is just like ours, however. We were created in His general image, but His body is perfect, glorified, and exalted, while our bodies are subject to disease, age, and death. Hope this answer helps.
