Many people wonder if Mormons celebrate Christmas, perhaps because some who don't correctly understand Mormonism allege that Mormons are not Christian. I recently heard the story of one Protestant woman who gave her Mormon friend a Christmas gift. The next Sunday, her pastor incorrectly preached that Mormons are not Christian. The Protestant woman, mortified that she had given a Christmas present to an alleged non-Christian, went to her friend and apologized. Of course no apology was necessary! Mormons are Christian, and they celebrate Christmas just as most other Christians do. Hope this helps.

The LDS faith is very Christian and being American and LDS I don't know December without Christmas, tree, presents, food, family and all.... Including the stress and the drainage in my checking account right around the holiday season.
