Do Mormons believe in the Bible? If so I’m just wondering why there’s more emphasis on the Book of Mormon than Bible. If that’s true that is, I could be totally off.

We believe the Bible is the Word of God, His sacred revelation to ancient prophets and apostles.
Hi friend. Thanks for your interest in the LDS Church. Mormons believe that both the Bible and the Book of Mormon are important books of scripture. As Elder M. Russell Ballard, one of our church's world-wide leaders, said in a recent discourse entitled "The Miracle of the Holy Bible," "Each of these... testaments is a part of the great, indivisible whole of the Lord's revealed word to His children. They contain the words of Christ, which we have been admonished to feast upon as a means of qualifying for eternal life (see 2 Nephi 31:20). Those who think that one part is more important or more true than the other parts are missing some of the beauty and completeness of the canon of ancient scripture..."
I encourage you to read Elder Ballard's entire talk. He does a fine Job of describing the Mormon view of the Bible. It's also interesting to note that the Mormon Sunday-school and seminary curriculums are taught in four-year cycles. Two of those years are dedicated to the Bible, and two are dedicated to other scriptures that are unique to our Church.

I fully endorse what the moderator has said concerning the LDS beliefs toward the Bible. I also would be inclined a reference to Jeffrey Holland's talk on the matter entitled, "My words... Never cease"

Articles of faith 8: We believe the Bible to be the word of as far as it is translated correctly; we also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God.
