Are mormons allowed to use cellphones? Even missionaries? For example, if I am a Mormon from Utah and having a missionary in Europe, can I use cellphones there?

Hi friend. Mormons do use phone cells. Often times Mormon missionaries do not use cell phones so they won't be distracted from their important work. Once Mormons return from their missions, however, they continue using cell phones just like anyone else.
