Hi friend. It was good to hear from you! I remember when you posted a question on this site in 2010. I'm sorry to hear that you have not yet been able to get in touch with the missionaries.

I mentioned in my previous email that there is a congregation of the church in Kathmandu. I was able to find the address where that congregation meets: Thulo Bharyang, 6, Bāgmatī, Kathmandu, Nepal. The coordinates are 27.721596, 85.285301. It's most likely that they meet Sunday mornings at 9:00, but unfortunately I can't be certain. I hope you'll visit us some time, assuming you live in Kathmandu!

I have found some evidence of Mormon missionary activity in Nepal, though I don't know about active proselytizing. Nevertheless, it might be a good idea to try to contact the Mormon missionaries through the internet. You could chat with them online, or request a missionary visit (though I don't know if the visit would be possible given your location).

It seems that Nepal now belongs to the India New Delhi mission. Here's the adress and phone number of the mission headquarters:

B-4/53 Safdarjung Enclave, NEW DELHI, DELHI, INDIA, 91 11-2615-0060

I encourage you to contact them, by phone and, if necessary, written letter, to get more information about the church in your area. I'm certain they'll be very happy to help you.

It's also important to note that you can still be a "Mormon" even if the church is not in your area. Here are some videos describing the story of Vincenzo Di Francesca, a man who found himself in a similar situation.

Please let me know if you're unable to contact the Mormon missionaries or if you need any other help. God be with you, brother!

Then you already have all that's needed to become A Latter-day Saint. See being a Mormon means you are a Christian that accepts God lives, loves everyone, and still speaks and directs His children today; just as He did in Biblical times. God still speaks through His prophets (see Amos 3:7), and we believe there Is yet more clarifying scriptures to be revealed in God's own due time.

Go to Mormon.org or LDS.org and look for a link to speak with a live body, or find a meeting house that is close to you. Allow the missionaries to answer any questions, and explain what steps you'll need to take.

Being a member of the Church. Of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the best thing to happen in my life, next to being born, and having my children close by.

Good luck brother or sister.
