I got back from my mission just a month ago, on such a spiritual high, and I came back and fell back and fell and ended up masturbating. On top of that, I ended up going out with a girl who was agressive sexually. I started kissing, then heavy making out before I knew it we were already touching each other in places we shouldn’t I told her no many, many times, but I finally I gave in. There was one moment she tried to go for oral but as soon as she touched me I pulled her away. Anyways, and needless to say, I feel TERRIBLE, I will talk to my bishop, and I made her promise to talk to hers, but I want to know what I can expect to happen. Am I going to go without the sacrament and go to the temple for a whole year? Please help me. I feel so much unsurety and fear.

The North Visitors’ Center on Temple Square has an 11-foot replica of Thorvaldsen’s Christus on display.
Hi friend. I'm sorry to hear that you've made this terrible mistake. It's impossible to say for certain what disciplinary action will be taken. This will depend on the inspiration your bishop will receive on your behalf and your own desire to repent and truly change.
There are some things, though, that I can say for certain:
1. God still has a great love for you, brother. He doesn't hate you. He's sad you've sinned, and He's eager to help you get back on the right path.
2. Whatever repentance is required, it is worth it. Through the atonement of Jesus Christ, you can be made clean again. Being clean is worth whatever price it takes. Pursue that spiritual goal with all your might, brother.
I hope this answer helps. God bless you on your journey.
