I have been a member my whole life. I will admit that I have not always been the best pne out there, I’ve had my share of problems and definantly my share of problems… But I tend to have an issue with the law of Chastity. I have repented, well atleast tried to but I always like to repeat it. I have talked to me bishop about it and done everything that I was supposed to but I still seem to be tempted with it so much. I’m scared that I won’t be able to marry the one that I really love in the temple. What should I do?

First start to forgive yourself, admit that you happen to be mortal and happen to be a natrual man also. Second admit that as a natural man you are in deed attracted to things that are not in line with God or his commandments. (See Mosiah 3:19)
By admitting these things to yourself and seeing that you need help to overcome this problem you will be in more of a humble state to begin a true and lasting repentance process. (See Ether 12:27)
Accept that in this life we are tempted and that is all part of the plan to see if we won't do all the things that our God has commanded us. (See Abraham 3: 25-26)
Last know that you are not alone as Jesus has already experienced your sin and He is there to help you if you truly turn to Him. (See Alma 7:11-12, Mosiah 4:2, and Alma 36:17-19)
I'm have and am going through the same type of problem, and I know that there are many members and non-members out there also experiencing mortality in this manner. You're not alone but Jesus is there for all of us so turn to him and change will slowly, but surely, occur!
(PS : D&C 62:1) (the word succor means to run to and give help)

Hi,
Please remember that you're not the only one dealing with some issues. Forgive yourself if you felt that you received Lord's forgiveness.
And I'd like to share with you what I've learned this week: President Ezra Taft Benson taught:
"Repentance means more than simply a reformation of behavior. Many men and women in the world demonstrate great will-power and self-discipline in overcoming bad habits and the weaknesses of the flesh. Yet at the same time they give no thought to the Master, sometimes even openly rejecting him. Such changes of behavior, even if in a positive direction, do not constitute true repentance...
"...True repentance is based on and flows from faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. There is no other way. True repentance involves a change of heart and not just a change of behavior." (The teachings of Ezra Taft Benson [1988], 71).
"It is a change of mind and heart that gives us a fresh view about God, about ourselves, and about the world. It includes turning away from sin and turning to God for forgiveness. It is motivated by love for God and the sincere desire to obey his commandments (mormon.org)
Check inside yourself.. I mean take a look inside yourself. Maybe, maybe this might be the answer to: "I have repented, well at least tried to but I always like to repeat it." And also you must avoid the things that leads you to "repeat it". You are free to choose.

I would like to add to the advice already given and that is to start praying for a change of heart that you will no longer desire to repeat that sin and then have faith that your prayers will be answered.
