Hi friend. I'm happy you're learning about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints! I love being a member of this church, especially because of the spiritual peace it's brought me even during difficult times. I know many people who have received similar blessings through their dedicated worship. I hope you find the same joy in this wonderful church.
When someone is considering becoming a member of the church, there are two opposite forces working simultaneously. On one hand, it is true that people need to be properly prepared before becoming a Mormon. It takes study, prayer, and church visits, and all those things do take time. On the other hand, human beings have a natural tendency to resist making big changes in their lives, even when those changes are for the better. It would be a mistake to delay becoming a member of the church just because you fear change.
The Church's missionary program is one of its most recognized characteristics.
You'll have to decide for yourself where you stand. The missionaries probably think you're ready and worry that you're reluctant because you fear change, but maybe they're wrong. On the other hand, maybe they're right! I'm not really in a position to say... But I'm certain God could give you some good guidance through prayer. Regardless of the decision you make, I encourage you to continue meeting with the missionaries and visiting the church regularly so you can better understand what Mormon life is like. In the end, you're the one who will decide when to be baptized, not the missionaries.
The main purpose of the sacrament is to renew promises we made with God when we were baptized. Since you haven't been baptized yet, you don't have any promises to renew, but that doesn't mean the sacrament can't be special for you too. It's a great time to think about Jesus' sacrifice for each of us. It's a great time to ponder and try to connect with God.
It's definitely true that God will love you no matter what choice you make, but He definitely does want you to make the right choice just the same! Just keep studying, praying, and going to church, sister. I'm certain you'll get your answer from God in His own due time. God bless you.

It is true that for Church members the taking of the sacrament is a renewal of the covenant they made at baptism, whereby they covenanted with God to take upon themselves the name of Jesus Christ, keep His commandments, and serve Him to the end. If one has not been baptized, then this part of the sacrament perhaps doesn't apply.
However, partaking of the sacrament is a witness to God that the remembrance of His Son will extend beyond the short time of that sacred ordinance. Part of this ordinance is a promise to remember Him always. For anyone who believes in Jesus Christ Our Saviour and Redeemer, member of our church or not, this part of sacrament holds absolutely true. This is one reason why children in our church who have not been baptized are encouraged to take the sacrament - so that they learn to remember Christ always.
