I actually became interested in the LDS Church very recently. I have been thinking of joining and was inspired to do so when I started reading about it because of Republican Presidential Candidate Mitt Romney. Before this, I have never seen a church that speaks to me as the LDS church does. Thank you for this website it has been a great help in making my decision, I also would like to know if I can still join the Air Force JAG Corporation if I join the LDS Church?

The Church would not limit you in any honorable profession. The Air Force JAG Corp is definitely an honorable profession. I am sure that you will find other members of the church in the JAG corps. In fact, I did a quick web search and found this: http://mormon.org/me/1G9H/

There is nothing baring LDS members from joining any branch of the military :) Sounds like you are making a lot of great decisions in your life! Best of luck to you!

Yes you can, I don't think God is particular about one's occupation, as long as they stay true to the covenants they make with Him. Get with some missionaries and they can give you greater resources for joining as well as keeping safe if you ever are called to enter a time of conflict. Good luck!
Members of the church certainly can participate in the Armed Forces. You may be interested in this list of LDS members who have served in prominent military positions.
