A life of sin can be cleansed and changed through the Atonement of Jesus Christ.
Hi sister. I'm happy you've tried to overcome this challenge in the past. Confession requires courage and shows that you really do want to change.
It's critical that you continue to work at overcoming these barriers to your spiritual progress. You should be meeting with your bishop regularly, as long as you continue to struggle with this sin. He'll help you set goals so you can get back on the right track. Perhaps there are others you trust (parents, etc.) who you could also confide in.
The church has also produced a helpful manual describing how to overcome addition. Not everyone who struggles with the law of chastity is addicted to their sin. Some people sin simply because they like it. But if you really do want to stop and are having a hard time just the same, perhaps addiction should be considered.
There are also support groups for people who struggle with addiction. Your bishop can provide you with more information about the church's Addiction Recovery Program, if you're interested.
