Baptism into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints requires full immersion in water by a person who holds the priesthood authority to baptize.
Hi Ricardo. "Heaven" means different things for different people. I assume you mean what we Mormons would call the "Celestial Kingdom," the place where we can one day live forever with God. To go to heaven, one needs to accept Jesus Christ and to overcome sin through His atoning sacrifice. Those who don't have the opportunity to accept Christ in this life because of cultural, historical, or geographic barriers will have the opportunity to do so after death.

Accepting Christ means much more than just saying that we accept Him or having a one-time spiritual experience. We accept Christ by doing His will. That includes keeping His commandments and performing the sacred ordinances, like baptism, that He has ordained. Ricardo, I encourage you to meet with the Mormon missionaries in your area. They can teach you more about Christ's commandments and ordinances. They can help you start a new life as one of His disciples. You're also welcome visit one of our chapels any Sunday to see how we worship. We'd love to welcome you into our community. God bless.
