Hi. I’m a Christian, and I’ve been going out with the Mormon for the past two months. Before we started dating, we sat down and talked about our religion. I’m worried that my Pastor and the brothers of my church might tell me that we as a couple should not be unequally yoked. I’m a little bit worried about it, and I don’t know what to do. I hope you can help me.

Hi friend. It's good you're considering these important questions. I recently wrote an article on this topic that you might find interesting.

In marriage, a husband and wife are strengthened when they can completely share their intimate emotions with each other. Religious belief is often one of the most central aspects of a person's identity. That's one of the many reasons why it's so important that a married couple be united in their faith. If you hope that your romantic relationship with this Mormon fellow might one day develop into a marriage, you should consider religious questions carefully.

You might consider learning more about the "Mormon Church." Many people get to know about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints through friends and lovers. If God touches your heart, perhaps you too could discover the beauty that your boyfriend sees in his Mormon faith. At the very least, learning more about Mormonism would help you understand your boyfriend's worldview better.

I hope this answer helps! Let me know if you have any additional questions. I'm happy to help.
