Yes. With repentance and council from a bishop, stake president and the Lord, that person may be able to serve if they feel that he or she has truly repented. Depending on the situation, that person may not be able to serve because of the seriousness of the sin.

This is something that you need to discuss with your bishop or one of similar authority. It's up to God, who knows your heart, as to your status and worthiness to serve.
