Hello, as I belong to hindism family, but I have studied in Christian schools. Now I am interested for going in visiting with my Christian frd n want to take baptism. I also want to take training to do preaching. As I am waiting for positive response.

Hi Rakesh. I'm happy you posted your question here and that you're interested in Christianity. There are many different Christian sects. I belong to a Christian church called The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Being a member of this church has brought me tremendous joy. This life can be hard, but with faith in Jesus, we can find the spiritual courage to face our challenges. I wouldn't trade my knowledge of Christ's teachings for anything, so I obviously get excited when others are interested in learning more as well!
There is a Mormon congregation near where you live in Kolkata. The congregation meets at 9:30 AM Sunday mornings at CE-86 Sector 1, Salt Lake Kolkata 69 INDIA. Here's the link to a map in case it's helpful.
I had a good chuckle when I looked up the address of this chapel, since it's in Salt Lake City (Bidhannagar). The world-wide headquarters of our church is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, in the United States. What a funny coincidence. Please don't hesitate to visit us any Sunday morning to see how we worship. Mormons love visitors. Just explain to the people there that you're interested in learning more about our faith.
I also suggest that you chat with the Mormon missionaries. There are over 80,000 missionaries in the world who visit people in their homes to teach them more about Jesus Christ. Most people who are interested in Mormonism learn about our basic beliefs from these missionaries. You can request a missionary visit online.
