My husband divorced his first wife with whom he was sealed before marrying and being sealed to me. My question is, can he be a leader in the church, given that he’s divorced? Some have told me that he could never be a bishop or stake president, but others have said it’s possible. Thanks for your help.

Hi friend. I don't know about specific church policies, but I have personally heard of divorced bishops and stake presidents. Interestingly, several prophets have been divorced as well. I'm unaware of any recent general authorities who were divorced, however. I hope this answer helps.
