Hi sister. First off, let me congratulate you for your desire to repent of your sins. It's not easy to overcome the errors of the past. Your desire to speak with your bishop and to get back on the right path is praiseworthy.
I don't know that there is an "official answer" to your question, but, in my opinion, each person is only responsible for repenting of their own sins. Your boyfriend should not delay his repentance, but, in the end, that is his decision, not yours. You should just worry about confessing your own sins to your bishop. I doubt it will be necessary to mention your boyfriend's name.

I hope this answer helps. Best of luck to you.
