Hi. I haven’t been going to church regularly, but I do feel God’s Spirit with me. He’s never left me. He’s always been with me when I most needed him, but for some reason I’ve had a hard time with full church activity. The truth is I’m not sure what to do. I feel like I have no good spiritual path. I feel a great emptiness inside me. I need to learn how to forgive again. During my period of inactivity, a lot of bad things have happened, and I really need spiritual help, but I don’t know how to ask for it.

Hi Lorena. I'm happy you posted your question here, sister. If you're feeling God's Spirit even though you are currently less active in the church, imagine how your spirituality will flourish once you come back to the church! I think the Lord has many wonderful spiritual blessings in store for you, sister. You just need to take the important step of coming back to the church.
Perhaps the best way to ask for help is to request a missionary visit. Missionaries do a lot more than just teach people about the Gospel. They also visit less-active members and help them come back to the church. I'm certain they would be happy to help you. You can request a missionary visit online.
An even better idea might be to talk with your bishop. I'm certain he'll be very happy to learn that you want to come back to the church! He can help you make goals that will lead you back to full activity.

I hope this answer helps. God bless you, sister.
