Good Day. I’m very interested in learning more about you. Your church buildings seem so divine. Please tell me what steps I need to take to learn more about you, to join you, and how much it would cost me.

Hi friend. I'm happy you're interested in learning more about the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. It really is wonderful to be a mormon. The mormon community is made of people who support each other in their spiritual development. Like all people, Mormons are not perfect, but they do generally try to follow the example of Jesus Christ. By strengthening my relationship with Christ, this Church has richly blessed my life. I hope the "Mormon Church" can hep you in the same way.

A young African American man describes the process of his conversion.
I recently wrote an article describing the steps one should take to join the LDS Church.

It doesn't cost any money to visit our church, and you are free to visit as long as you like. No one asks for donations during our worship services.

Those who choose to join our church officially as members usually follow the Biblical principle of tithing (Malachi 3:10), which teaches that we should donate 10% of our income to the Lord. In our church, the clergymen are not typically paid. They work as volunteers. Consequently, tithing money doesn't go to pay for the Pastor's salary. All this money is used to pay for churches, gospel learning materials, missionary work, humanitarian work, etc. It's all used to further the work of the Lord.
