How can I return to the church? I suffered such a disgrace; it’s a family secret now. They say time heals all wounds, but it isn’t so. I believe in my Mormon faith still, even though 20 years have passed! I went through therapy and my family also to try to recover. I wish all of God’s blessings for all the faithful members of this church.

Hi Maria. I can't imagine what happened to you and your family that was so terrible. I sincerely hope that God will bless you with peace so you can continue your process of recovery. If someone has committed a crime against you, I encourage you to contact the police so that others are not victimized as well.
It's excellent that you continue to have a testimony of Christ's teachings and that you want to return to full church activity. I'm certain that you can receive once again the same spiritual blessings of peace, personal guidance, and closeness to God that you once enjoyed as an active member.
