Hi friend. I'm very sorry to hear that your daughter is not living up to the standards she initially embraced as a new convert. Obviously your daughter's behavior is not compatible with the restored gospel of Jesus Christ.

Your daughter is not only jeopardizing her physical health, but also her spiritual health. I recommend an intervention. Sit your daughter down and explain to her that she's ruining her life. Try to get her to talk with a councilor about her drug abuse and promiscuity. Perhaps a rehab program would be helpful. To help her recover her spiritual health, encourage her to talk with her bishop. Through confession and full repentance, she can be made right with God once again through the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints can change peoples' lives, but only if they let Christ into their hearts and sincerely try to apply His eternal principles in their lives. Beat of luck to you and your daughter.

Well, she needs to learn to make some decisions based on values. If she has not been in the church long, she may not know how to avail herself of the support that they have to offer. Talking to a Bishop, or a Relief Society President and explaining her situation may help to come up with a solution...
