Do you believe that God created the whole universe? Do you believe that when people die they can become like God and therefore have their own planets to be God over? If you do believe that people can be God’s to their own planets.. Then do the people they are God over think of them as the highest God and not our God? Is our God the highest God? If not.. Who created him?

Hi friend. I assume you're directing these questions to me personally. Here are my answers:

Do you believe that God created the whole universe?

Yes.

Do you believe that when people die they can become like God?

Yes, in some ways, as described in the New Testament: "Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne" (Revelation 3:19-21). I don't think, however, that any of us will ever be greater than or even equal to God. God may choose to share some of His glory with us, but we'll always worship Him as our God and Father.

Do Mormons therefore believe they'll have their own planets to be God over?

No, I don't believe God will assign me a specific planet. The only time I ever talk about "creating a planet" is when I tell lame jokes, as in, "If I ever get to make my own planet, it's going to rain chocolate." There's no Mormon revelation that talks about people having their own planets, and we're not taught any such "doctrine" in church.

Is our God the highest God?

Yes, I believe our God is the "highest God," as you phrased it.

If not, who created him?

While some Mormons may believe God has a Father-Creator, others, like me, believe that God the Father is uncreated (i.e. that He has always existed).

Hope this helps. Maybe others will want to answer these questions for themselves too... ;)

Do you believe that God created the whole universe? Yes by his son, Jesus Christ who is the Creator and Father of all creations.

Do you believe that when people die... become *like* God... their own planets. Yes, even though I don't know all the details we are told in D&C 88:33-39: "For whoso is faithful unto the obtaining these two priesthoods of which I have spoken, and the magnifying their calling, are sanctified by the spirit... And also all they who receive this priesthood receive me, saith the Lord... and he that receiveth me receiveth my Father; And he that receiveth my father receiveth my father's kingdom; therefore all that my father hath shall be given unto him..."

So we become joint hiers with Christ, and we can be like him. I don't know about the idea that people will be given planets of their own... could be, but that is a question that will be answered after we pass through this life and the veil over this earth/our minds, is removed. Then we'll remember everything from before we came into mortality, and we'll understand a little better.

I don't know how God become God, only that he was more intelligent than all of us. That's another question that will be revealed when all things are revealed.

(FYI, these questions aren't really relevant to core Mormon doctrines. It's kind of like the "Did Adam and Eve have belly buttons?" kind of question. We are given all we need to know in this life to make it back to God and live right. All the missing pieces wil be explained later. There is no need to look so far beyond the mark that you over shoot it. :)
