Although Mormons do believe that God the Father has a spouse, she is rarely mentioned in official Church sermons and publications and does not have a central role in our theology. We do not pray to her, nor do we worship her. She is not a member of the Trinity, which is by definition composed of three beings, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost.

I recall my mother and I discussing something like this and she mentioned something to me that caught me by surprise (because of my being a man probably)... She said knowing God the Father is knowing God the mother becuase they, being perfect, have actually, trully, become one.
So there is no need to mention our Heavenly Mother at times, because she is one with our Father and his glory is her glory and visa-versa.

Webmaster: I like that idea. :)
