My question is regarding the temple sealing of a family for eternity. If children are sealed to/with their parents in the temple, what happens when a sealed daughter marries in the temple? Is she unsealed from her parents and sealed to her husband?

Very good question. The married child continues to be sealed to his or her parents even if sealed to a spouse. The purpose of sealing is not just to seal an immediate family together. In the sealing room, there are two large mirrors on opposite sides of the room. When you look in one mirror, you see the reflections off the other, going back into eternity. The eternity of reflections in one mirror represents all the descendents of the couple to be sealed. The eternity of reflections in the other mirror represents all the ancestors. The goal of sealing is to join all these generations, past and future, from Adam on down, together as one. So children who marry continue to be sealed to their parents and siblings. Parents, siblings, spouse, descendants, ancestors, etc. are all sealed together. The goal is to eventually seal the whole human family together.
