Hi Olga.

It is true that the Mormon Church has a large collection of genealogical records. Learning about and honoring our ancestors with sacred religious ceremonies is important in Mormon theology, so we've dedicated a lot of resources to collecting information about them. The Church has made this information freely available on the internet, at http://www.familysearch.org/.

We also have Family History Centers scattered across the globe. You can find the address of the Center nearest your home using http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Library/FHC/frameset_fhc.asp. It seems there are four Family History Centers in Caracas:

Caracas Venezuela
2da. Avenida Campo Alegre no. 14
Urb. Campo Alegre
Caracas, Miranda, Venezuela

Caracas Venezuela Los Teques
Urb Los Nuevos TUrb Los Nuevos Teques
Calle 28 De Octubre, Con Carabobo

Caracas Venezuela Palo Verde
Urb. Caurimare, Av. C Con Calle C-1

Caracas Venezuela Urdaneta

Phone: 0212-572-5619

For more information, you can contact members of our religion in your area using the page: http://www.mormon.org/question/talk/0,8554,796-1,00.html

Best of luck to you.
