Mormons do believe in the Bible, in both the Old and New Testaments. We believe that the Bible is a historically accurate account of God's dealing with ancient peoples, and that we can grow closer to God by reading it. We preach from the Bible, study the Bible, and love the Biblical teachings, especially as pertaining to the life and ministry of the Savior Jesus Christ.
Additionally, Mormons believe in another book of ancient scripture called the Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon does not take the place of the Bible; rather, it complements the Bible, serving as a second witness of Jesus Christ.
Like most Christians, Mormons believe that the Bible has been translated many times. We acknowledge that some errors may have crept into the Biblical account due to many translations and transcriptions. We nevertheless consider the modern Bible to be a reliable source of information regarding God's true nature and His true teachings. As Joseph Smith once wrote, "We believe the Bible to be the word of God, as far as it is translated correctly."
Likewise, Mormons believe the Book of Mormon contains some errors due to the hand fallible humans had in its production. As the title page of the Book of Mormon states, "And now, if there are faults [in the Book of Mormon] they are the mistakes of men; wherefore, condemn not the things of God, that ye may be found spotless at the judgment-seat of Christ."

We do believe in the Bible. The Book of Mormon is (like it says on the cover) another testament of Jesus Christ. Our view re. the Bible is spelled out in the Articles of Faith verse 8: "We believe the Bible to be the word of God as far as it is translated correctly; we also believe the Book of Mormon to be the word of God."
