Hi friend. According to my understanding, both reiki and yoga can be religious practices, but they can also be secular. It wouldn't be appropriate as a Mormon to adopt religious beliefs from other traditions that are incompatible with our own understanding of the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ.
On the other hand, if you take a more secular approach to reiki and yoga, I imagine there wouldn't be a problem. There's little evidence to suggest that reiki is effective as a legitimate healing practice, but perhaps it is a good relaxation technique. Yoga can be good exercise and is also relaxing for some.
