Hi Shareen. The Church doesn't teach that members should pay their tithing every month. The ideal frequency really depends on each person's individual financial situation. I do think that for most people monthly payments are best, though. President Hinckley did once mention monthly payments too: https://www.lds.org/Ensign/2002/07/climbing-out-of-debt
