Hi Mir. I'm happy you're interested in finding the church in Pakistan. You may want to search http://maps.lds.org to see if you can find something I couldn't, but it seems there aren't any branches in Islamabad.
On the other hand, this website suggests there is a branch in Pakistan, so there appears to be conflicting information.
I believe Islamabad is in the India New Delhi Mission. I encourage you to contact the mission president with your question:
